Sunflower Appliqué Pattern:

-Start working in brown-

Rnd 1: 6 sc in mc (6)

Rnd 2: sc inc x6 (12)

Rnd 3: 1 sc, sc inc (18)

Rnd 4: 2 sc, sc inc (24)

Rnd 5: 3 sc, sc inc (30)

-Change color to yellow-

Rnd 6: ch 3, in the same st, 2 dc + 1 tr. Then ch 3 and 1 tr + 2 dc in the next st, sc in the next st. Repeat (2 dc +1 tr in the first st, ch 3 and 1 tr +2 dc in the next st, sc in the next st) until the end of the round. Sl st to the top of the first ch 3.

Fasten off and weave in all ends. If you are planning on sewing this appliqué to something then leave a long tail when you fasten off yellow.

I hope you guys like this cute little sunflower appliqué pattern! I decided to make this sunflower appliqué to put on the front of a bucket hat that I made a few weeks ago. This is a quick and easy pattern that you can use for a lot of projects. You can also modify it to make it bigger or to your liking.
