From what I could find there are no abbreviations for this stitch.
Insert your hook into your working stitch and pick up a loop. You should have two loops on your hook.
Yarn over and insert your hook into the same stitch and pull up a loop. You should have four loops on your hook.
Yarn over and pull through all four loops on your hook. Chain one to secure the stitch.
